Booking terms and conditions for CHALET WHYMPER.

DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost is required with a co Booking Form.

PAYMENT:
The balance of the payment is due not less than 8 weeks days prior to the start of Hire Period, unless otherwise instructed.

PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS:
Bookings are accepted on a first come first served basis and provisional bookings must be confirmed.

CANCELLATION:
In the event of cancellation, charges are as follows:
More than 8 weeks prior to booked date: Deposit only
4-8 Weeks prior to booked date: 50%
Less than 4 weeks prior to booked date: 100%

INSURANCE:
Holiday Insurance including cancellation cover is strongly advised.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:
The Hirer must be over 21 years of age.

CHECK IN / OUT TIMES:
The Apartment (s) will be available for occupation from 17.00 pm on the first day of the Hire Period.
The Apartment (s) must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the Hire Period. The Apartment is let for holiday purposes only.

We are doing bookings from SAT - SAT in the Winter months and we are flexible in the Summer.

GUEST CARD:
A local tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night is payable to the tourism office by all guests staying in the Les Houches Valley. This entitles you to a Guest Card which makes you a privileged visitor to the Les Houches Valley, allowing you to take advantage of numerous offers and reductions to many different services.
The tax will be collected by our representative on your arrival and we will arrange your guest passes.

NUMBER OF TENANTS:
The number of persons using the Apartment (s) must not exceed that stated on the Booking Form at any time.

LEVELS OF NOISE:
In consideration of others, noise levels must be kept to a minimum at all times.

ACCIDENT / DAMAGE / LOSS:
Chalet Whymper do not accept any responsibility for any accident, damage or loss to the person or property of the Hirer or the Hirer's party during the Hire Period.

The Hirer shall pay for all damages, losses and breakages incurred during the Hire Period.
